NFL Betting Lines – Raiders at Browns

It would be hard to find a more unimpressive or unappealing match up in the AFC than these two teams and fortunately there is no need to. Needless to say when these two teams take the field in week 16 there will be some very sloppy, but hopefully entertaining football played.

The Cleveland Browns are coming off a record setting performance in week 15 when the running game reached new heights and the Josh Cribbs established himself as the most effective kick off returner in NFL betting odds history by returning his eight kick off for a score.

Cribbs has always been dangerous as a return man but now RB Jerome Harrison is also making a name for himself as a runner as he piled up 286 yards on the ground. But perhaps even more impressive and rarer than the records established in the NFL betting lines history books was the fact that the Browns actually won a game.

And the same goes for Raiders who pulled off a massive upset over division rival Denver during week 15. All of a sudden this team is playing with some spunk and is a 3-2 in its last five sports betting contests with wins over several good teams during that stretch.

Both of these teams seem to be coming into their own of late and especially finding a balance on offense.

The Brownies have the advantage of playing in the Dawg Pound but the Raiders have proven they can win on the road with victories over the Broncos and Steelers in recent weeks. Expect an interesting game and an Oakland win in this match up.
