NFL Odds – Colts at Jaguars Sports Betting

Fourteen sports betting games played and fourteen games won on the NFL odds. You might say that life has been good for the Indianapolis Colts a team that is making a very credible run at putting together just the second 16-0 regular season in NFL odds history. But you might be surprised to learn that in all the team’s victories this season the closest any team to beating them was a slim two-point victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Yes, the same Jaguars that will be matched up against the Colts in the week 15 sports betting odds. The early online betting sites have called off the lines on this game as there is much conjecture in the gambling online circles that QB Peyton Manning will not play.

But by almost all credible accounts, including from Manning himself the reigning NFL MVP will be in this game. And it’s hard to bet against any team beating the Colts whilst Manning is under center.

Jacksonville is also the most overrated 7-6 team in the NFL and has yet to play a team of any real substance. However, these AFC South division rivals know each other very well and the Jags have always given the Colts trouble.

On paper Manning should dominate the Jags’ defense. It is one of the bottom tier units in the league giving up 22 points a game. In pass defense this team is particularly bad giving up 240 ypg in the air. Most distressing for the Jags’s fans, this team has only registered 14 sacks this season, worst in the NFL by far.

Indy should win easily if Manning plays even average football, but the Jags always play the Colts tough. Look for Indy to win a close one.
