Young looks “Invinceable”

When Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson claimed that his team would win ten straight regular season games and make the playoffs it seemed like typical sporting bravado. The Titans were actually so far out of contention that no one even took it seriously. But that was four wins ago and with QB Vince Young refusing to lose people are now taking notice.

Young has packed quite a lot into his brief two and half season NFL betting career and not a lot of it has been good. But make no mistake the impact he’s had on this struggling team so far has been better than good, it’s been perfect.
Sure, the numbers are terrible. That’s always been the knock on Young. He’s hardly a stat monster and rarely ranks among the league leaders in anything. But in the only NFL lines stat that matters, he’s awfully good.

His career record as a starter is 22-11 for a 67% winning percentage. Who knew? Granted an 85.6 passer rating and 103 yards per game passing aren’t going to light your fantasy league up. But who cares? In the NFL betting odds this season Young is a perfect 4-0. He’s brought this Titans team from one of the worst in the NFL to one of the hottest.

Young’s unique ability to run the ball and his terrific athleticism combined with his new-found decision-making will have the Titans in every game they play from here on out.
The team’s only got to win six more in a row but right now, who wants to bet against Young?
